Surrender to summer

Join a community of like-minded women as we gather around the Summer Solstice in the beautiful countryside of Russell, Ontario.

The theme for this ceremony is Surrender. If anything was possible, what would you release and surrender to lighten your load this season? Can you create more ease and space for yourself as we welcome in the warm sunny season of play and fun?

We’ll get clear on what we’re releasing, then you’ll be guided through several beautiful healing practices as you connect to yourself and with each other. 

You’ll experience gentle shamanic journeying, time for reflection on your experience, connection with community, somatic (body-based) movement practices, and we’ll finish off with a grounding sound bath paired with reiki energy healing and reflexology. What a treat!
